- Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the Site functioning (e.g., security tokens). We do not use advertising cookies or build individual tracking profiles. - Sanity — our content management system. Sanity hosts the editorial content that powers this Site. It does not collect or store visitor data. See Sanity’s Privacy Policy.
- MailerLite — our email marketing platform, used to manage newsletter subscriptions and send our Gentle Notes emails. When you sign up via any newsletter form on the Site, your name and email address are transmitted to MailerLite and stored in our subscriber list. MailerLite uses this information solely to deliver emails on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. See MailerLite’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — the Site loads typefaces (Quicksand and Atkinson Hyperlegible) from Google’s font servers, which means your browser makes a request to Google when you first visit. Google may log this request. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Social media platforms. The Site contains links to our profiles on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest. Clicking those links takes you to external platforms governed by their own privacy policies. We do not embed third-party social media widgets that track you on this Site without your interaction.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and newsletter subscriber emails for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).

We apply industry-standard safeguards — including HTTPS encryption in transit and access-restricted infrastructure — to protect your information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable precautions and will notify you of any breach as required by applicable law.
